University of Missouri (Columbia) Equine Program - Columbia, Mo -- University of Missouri. The University of Missouri undergraduate equine program is part of our Animal Science division. Our courses are centered around hands-on activities utilizing our Quarter Horse Breeding program. Courses include Equine Selection & Evaluation, Equine Barn Management & Marketing, Equine Behavior & Training, Horse Production, and
Equine Breeding Management. Additionally, through a unique partnership
with Stephens College, our students can earn an Equestrian Science minor
through additional courses (riding, equine management, and stable
